How does an organization get the resources it needs to create a more just society? Answering this question has been the driving force of my career.
I have taught fundraising to organizations serving disadvantaged communities. I have established alternative fundraising sources for coalitions of social justice organizations. I have spoken to thousands of employees in workplaces in Philadelphia and in the Bay Area of California about giving to organizations that address the very survival of our planet, the health of its citizens, and the enduring beauty of our world.
And I have served as Development Director for one of the most prominent activist organizations in Pennsylvania, establishing a foundation for major gifts and broadening outreach to new audiences.
I am looking for a new way to continue this work.
